I like it's intuitive nature and the wealth of search parameters that can be used to really drill down on the data you are looking for. I also like being able to do a deeper dive into a business or person to find out as much as need about a prospective company or person before reaching out.

Outdated information, invalid emails, and numbers, poor interface
1. unvalidated leads are a waste of time 2. Initial navigation was a challenge to figure out. I got the hang of it but it took a little longer to figure out. Once you understand the design metaphor then it becomes pretty easy. 3. Can't think of a third one.
