I understood Varonis to be a, if not the, leader in data discovery and classification and they have shown that to be the case in our environment. We know what's where and who has access to it and we have the ability to enforce least privilege, remediate over-sharing, etc. on an ongoing, automated basis. What I didn't expect was the value they would bring in threat detection and how essential they would be as an extension of our SOC. MDDR has been very valuable to us, and key to helping us get the most from our ongoing investment.

After completing an extensive proof of value and using the Varonis platform successfully for the past eight months, we can confidently say that it has delivered meaningful, measurable value for our data security and governance programs. The POV process was extensive, and the Varonis team was highly engaged and responsive. It was well-structured, practical, and focused on real risks rather than theoretical use cases. By the end of the evaluation, Varonis clearly demonstrated visibility into where our sensitive data resides, who has access to it, and where our highest exposure existed. This made the purchasing decision very straightforward. In production, the platform has been stable, scalable and effective.
