They are highly focused on valuable use cases and get a lot of value in bringing together various user demographics for events and knowledge shares. I've been impressed with how they have handled the community and human aspect of being a customer. On the flip side they have been subject to much internal change which has led to an uncertain experience with account managers and loss of key technical staff.
