It's easy to use, functional, and designed to be intuitive, and it has been an essential tool to help us hire candidates quickly.

1. Occasionally it will get hung up in processes. 2. Sometimes there are difficulties when you have to make changes to candidate details. 3. It does not always work with all emails.

It is not user friendly whatsoever, and it makes it frustrating to be able to administer much, or consider the clients perspective because their format is very different from the admin accounts. There are guides, but they are not always the best or most useful.
