I have used CodeSignal both as an interviewee and interviewer. It's fairly easy to set up and offers an interactive and user-friendly UX for online coding screens and Virtual Onsite interviews.

Initial interaction was great - good people and product. No issues until after the first 12 months of our contract they decided to double the subscription rates and then hold our data at ransom. Typical SAAS product vendor these days - racing to get people in to subscribe then realising they are under their revenue targets so they raise the price. We have closed our account and are not using and not planning to use the product again.

Overall, I have had a good experience with Jobvite ATS software, and I really like how we able to expand the talent search socially by posting the job positions out to our LinkedIn and other social media platform.

I don't get the type of candidates I am trying to recruit. I have a hard time with getting the correct candidates to apply for the job postings

Hireflix is very simple and intuitive to use, and what I like the most is the time it saves while getting quality candidate interviews. Not having to balance the agendas with the candidates and giving them the freedom to record the interview whenever they want is also a great advantage.
