Initial interaction was great - good people and product. No issues until after the first 12 months of our contract they decided to double the subscription rates and then hold our data at ransom. Typical SAAS product vendor these days - racing to get people in to subscribe then realising they are under their revenue targets so they raise the price. We have closed our account and are not using and not planning to use the product again.

Like

The sheer volume of options and features built into the platform continue to impress me. Custom questions, AI scoring, custom backgrounds and branding are a few that stand out from their competitors. Our rep with their customer success team is fantastic and has been truly amazing to work with over the years.

It was a very good product - great UX - easy to navigate and customise.

One Way Video interview with Live support, Flexability of the JOBMA team to make enhancements and add features, AI features such as Proctering, AI generated questions.

Dislike

My only complaint is that as they have grown, they have been less receptive to making changes to the platform to suit our specific needs. In the beginning they were very accommodating so that the platform would work for us. I understand it gets harder to customize the larger you get, but it would be nice to have the ability to further customize some areas.

The overnight increase in price - doubled on our 12 month anniversary. Left a sour taste and was the sole reason for leaving the product behind.

loss of company culture in the process. As we are not making in person initial calls to qualify candidates.
