It provides a seamless and organized way to manage job applications and tracking candidates' progress. 2- The ability to integrate with other platforms like google calendar, email, LinkedIn and job portals is very impressive. 3- Jobvite automation and intelligence features increase speed and overall candidate engagement process with hiring teams.
1) Complex Workflows: Many find Jobvite's workflows to be cumbersome, often requiring more steps than necessary. 2) Mobile Application Limitations: Candidate's have provided mixed reviews on Jobvite's mobile access. This can be concerning as we know candidates, especially those digitally savvy, will like exit the platform if they experience any challenges. Hence, you've lost a candidate. 3) Reporting Constraints: Many times recruiters have to download data into excel to drill down on analytics which can be time consuming.

AI capabilities are very lacking - we cant include our own search criteria - and not clear why a candidate is considered suitable for job. 4. linkedin integration keeps breaking.
