the fact that the system is pretty configurable by our admins without need for JV support API's are extensive enough for our purposes permissions can be configured per field - no other competitor offers this level of permissions.
Services I like about Jobvite Talent Acquisition Suits are. 1- Jobvite is a comprehensive platform for managing the end-to-end hiring process. It provides a seamless and organized way to manage job applications and tracking candidates' progress. 2- The ability to integrate with other platforms like google calendar, email, LinkedIn and job portals is very impressive. 3- Jobvite automation and intelligence features increase speed and overall candidate engagement process with hiring teams.
1) Complex Workflows: Many find Jobvite's workflows to be cumbersome, often requiring more steps than necessary. 2) Mobile Application Limitations: Candidate's have provided mixed reviews on Jobvite's mobile access. This can be concerning as we know candidates, especially those digitally savvy, will like exit the platform if they experience any challenges. Hence, you've lost a candidate. 3) Reporting Constraints: Many times recruiters have to download data into excel to drill down on analytics which can be time consuming.
1. support is very slow and often doesn't provide solution 2. three is no way to creating jobs for internal use - without posting those anywhere. the work around we use for this causes us a lot of additional manual work. 3. AI capabilities are very lacking - we cant include our own search criteria - and not clear why a candidate is considered suitable for job. 4. linkedin integration keeps breaking.
Jobvite provides an excellent service, but automation related features could be better.

Great way to compile all candidates into one space
This is a great tool to collect all your candidates across various platforms into one place. It's really nice not to have to go into each platform to view applications. It compiles each candidates in a user-friendly view and makes it easy to share with others involved in the hiring process (so long as they have permissions from your company).
