I like how simple it is to use the heatmap functionality. The walkthrough of each step for setting up an A/B test and multivariate is very intuitive. There was an update recently to the UX and it feels much cleaner than it did before.

I don't like the fact that if you are not a developer, very frequently you will get your design botched between mobile and desktop. It is advertised as a no-code solution, but you need to know to code to be able to create a proper setup for the tests. Also, the targetting options were unclear to us - when a conversion is recorded, was it just on the landing page or further down the conversion funnel? We had many a test get botched because we didn't realize this.
