I like how simple it is to use the heatmap functionality. The walkthrough of each step for setting up an A/B test and multivariate is very intuitive. There was an update recently to the UX and it feels much cleaner than it did before.

I like the fact that you can import a page and then modify it to create a variation just like using a simple editor.

It's a DIY tool

Poor service - sometimes I cannot reach a real person to help when my team is stuck. It feels a bit clumsy to filter through the many tests to find one specific test.

I don't like the fact that if you are not a developer, very frequently you will get your design botched between mobile and desktop. It is advertised as a no-code solution, but you need to know to code to be able to create a proper setup for the tests. Also, the targetting options were unclear to us - when a conversion is recorded, was it just on the landing page or further down the conversion funnel? We had many a test get botched because we didn't realize this.

Nothing majorly as such, use of AI can be picked up in the roadmap

Great tool for A/B testing with great visualisation options. Very easy to pinpoint different areas. Has a simple editor aswell so not all work has to be done by devs. But there's a code editor too! Easy to setup, very quick and responsive support. We use it for UAT mostly, and has been a big improvement. highly recommended.

Very good and cost effective. Easy to use. Resources are very good, the ideas tab is really helpful to build hypothesis and case studies are also very good to learn from others' successes. Also, the new AI hypothesis generator is quite especially for small teams who want to stay lean.
