The features i like most about the Webex is its reliability and seamless collaboration features. The video and audio quality remain consistent even in large meetings. Screen Sharing , whiteboarding and breakout rooms make team work smooth and productive.
Lead retrieval, wall posts, and conference schedule
It offers multiple features in one single place such as calling, video meetings, webinars and events so I don't need to use multiple apps for multiple tasks.The quality of the video and audio is great and it also supports background noise which enhances the professional meeting experience.
Sometimes, Webex feels bit heavy on the system resources which sometimes slows down the performance. The user interface could be more intuitive and modern. Occasional connectivity issue and delay in meeting joining also disrupt the overall experience.
The support team was hard to get ahold of and didn't have the answers needed, our QR codes malfunctioned onsite, and any updates made to the app after it went live wouldn't show up on people's phones. Sometimes they've have to completely delete it for updates to show.
The mobile experience is not as strong as the desktop experience and also the interface feels heavy and kind of overloaded.
