The design flexibility and easy to use templates. You can control the aspects of the laout and get the sites looking good with minimal effort. Their hosting is good too.

Easy to make updates to already existing pages.

Visually compelling templates, great pricing structure, easy to use as a beginner on the platform.

The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first for people that are not familiar with design tools. We had to do a lot of online searches to get used to the tools.

It's not intuitive to build a webpage for someone who isn't a developer. It's not a quick website builder. Don't expect to build a webpage quickly that you'll be able to start using the next day.

For some categories of templates, there aren't always modern or up-to-date designs. Minimal and sleek for Home Services doesn't exist, so to achieve that, you have to pull from a template in a different category and get creative.

Webflow is fine. It works well and is reliable. My main complaint is that for a new user, understanding how to use the editor vs the designer is difficult.
