Having the app on the phone makes business communications readily available whenever wanted so overall it is an improvement on our old system. But the downside is the call qualilty could certainly be improved.

What we appreciate most is the possibility of a completely web-based telephone station, able to follow you wherever you go and to be able to federate the application with Microsoft365 in order to raise the security standards for login to the platform.

Ease of Use - The phones are user friendly and intuitive, making it easy for our team to get comfortable with them quickly. Excellent Call Quality - Clear, consistent audio quality makes communication smooth and professional. Reliable Support from BTS - Our vendor, BTS, has provided outstanding support, making setup and ongoing use much easier..

We found the phone app to be unresponsive, with an unintuitive interface throughout (see the steps for switching from a single call to a group call). Furthermore, when switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi, it tends to compromise the call if you haven't answered it yet.

On the back end some things are not as intuitive or easy to find, it's a bit of a learning curve, but sometimes it's just a difference in what something is called. did take a little longer than I thought for people to figure out voicemail but once we got everyone on the same page it was not hard to do. The Phone app is very good, but there are times the call has a slight echo, but still way better than what we used before, this last one is kind of nit picking,.

    Overall, my experience with the Wildix phone system has been very positive. The phones are easy to use, call quality is excellent, and we are still learning how to use some of the features, but we have only had them for a little over a year, so that is to be expected. Working with our vendor, BTS, has been a great experience, they've been supportive, responsive and much better than some other support teams we have dealt with in the past.. I truly enjoy the partnership with them and Wildix as we learn more and get more out of the system..
