Reliability Simplicity Quality
On the back end some things are not as intuitive or easy to find, it's a bit of a learning curve, but sometimes it's just a difference in what something is called. did take a little longer than I thought for people to figure out voicemail but once we got everyone on the same page it was not hard to do. The Phone app is very good, but there are times the call has a slight echo, but still way better than what we used before, this last one is kind of nit picking,.
Poor sound quality Does not include the ability to text message You have to pay more to be able to text message

Overall, my experience with the Wildix phone system has been very positive. The phones are easy to use, call quality is excellent, and we are still learning how to use some of the features, but we have only had them for a little over a year, so that is to be expected. Out-of-Hours Service Enhanced by App Functionality
A huge improvement on our previous system, we run an out-of-hours service, and the app functionality for our on-call team is great. Our local provider is also fantastic.
