The value for the money is absolutely amazing. Wix doesn't charge by MAU like simialar solutions, so we pay a tiny fraction of what similar solutions would have cost us to implement.
Pricing and Product support needs improvement
Collapsible - can't insert tables, can't insert more then 1 image and numbered text chronologically Table - Not user friendly (with borders) Content anchors - Displeasing looking scroll when published
The user management capability could use some work and it would be nice if there were a few more preset websites.

WixAnswers - Had higher expectations
Wix Answers is intuitive to use to build articles, however the platform is limited in capabilities (functionality). Building our Knowledge Base, I find that I am limited with the formatting within the content blocks, i.e collapsible, can't number statements chronologically when images separate the numbered text, tables are not formattable. I cannot measure our users interaction with the articles, i.e can't distinguish between Medigate users & customers. When saved articles are lost because of Wix outage and updates I received no assistance.
