Speed and simplicity are key. You can design, launch and hand off a store in just a few days and clients find it easy to manage themselves once they are given the reigns.
1. It is very easy to use. It is one of the easiest platforms to get used to. 2. The pricing is affordable for all organization groups and they even have a higher tier for big businesses. Moreover, for a small fee you are getting a lot using wix 3. Wix has SEO friendly templates which are very helpful for a new user
Easy modules setup as well as user experience.
It reaches its limits pretty quickly and I found it challenging to integrate customer insight tools with those that worked with other CRM systems. They have a library of plugins but often the one you want is paid and doesn't work exactly how you need it too. I found the documentation for using their custom plugin stuff a bit tricky to get working.
1. The customizability options are very limited. The pages dont allow custom codes that easily. 2. The breadth of services are lackluster. 3. Despite not being able to customize their templates too much, they even have limited number of templates to choose from.
At some point when we need some customization it's difficult but as platform built for non coders it's okey.
