Super easy to use and has a great UI. Makes it very easy to quickly launch an ecommerce store with not a lot of web development experience. Most things are click and drag and there is a great library of stock images you can use to get started and live in a flash.

The overall experience with WIX is hit or miss, day by day. Some days it seems easy to use and user friendly, but other days it's more of a nightmare system to use. Options seem limited and less user friendly than you would think that they would be. It's average at best.

Speed and simplicity are key. You can design, launch and hand off a store in just a few days and clients find it easy to manage themselves once they are given the reigns.

1. Sales ordering process 2. Sorting clients from new leads to older leads 3. Having the ability to charge customers for their product right on the spot, with a very quick turnaround that the Credit or Debit Card given has been a successful payment status.

One of the main features of why Wix is so good is because we can create our own custom templates and keep duplicating similar websites or similar pages. This helps with our lead generating. Another feature of Wix is that it was so easy to learn, it was straight forward and didn't need much training to use Wix. Lastly, I chose this platform as this was one of the more affordable platforms compared to others for long term use and also scaled quite well.

It reaches its limits pretty quickly and I found it challenging to integrate customer insight tools with those that worked with other CRM systems. They have a library of plugins but often the one you want is paid and doesn't work exactly how you need it too. I found the documentation for using their custom plugin stuff a bit tricky to get working.

1. Using Quickbooks with WIX is not a seamless process at all. 2. Then finding orders to be sent to Quickbooks to make sure the payment lines up is never as easy as it seems it should be. Finding said Orders is nearly impossible at times. When you do find the order, then you don't know if it's the correct one or not. 3. Having to put the Billing, Shipping, Home etc into the system every time, there is no option to select the same as home or same as billing or shipping. You have to manually type it in each time.

Wix websites are great for simple design websites however when I put a lot of designs or structures onto the sites, it becomes very laggy and not smooth to scroll or click through. Another point is that the advanced inventory management isn't very advanced, it is fairly basic. Would be much better if it had real time inventory syncing or at least track suppliers. Lastly, it is quite hard to diversify websites with Wix as you cannot export your website designs to another platform. If Wix goes down, then all of the websites will go down.

Wix is currently my favorite all-in-one platform as you can host websites, has great security and templates and is also very scalable when hitting higher numbers. It is so easy to create new websites with pre-designed templates of our own.

Overall, the experience with Wix has been mediocre. It will do the job you need it to do which is build websites but the limitations are far too much. I’d say Wix is a good fit for people who are on a budget and need a store up and online.
