My favorite part is how seamlessly it connects to commerce, CRM and marketing data to give you data-driven insights and help you make personalized customer decisions for smarter campaigns that work at scale.

Flexible, user friendly, integrates well with lots of different platforms to help create an overall ecommerce platform that does exactly what we want it to do.

Manages detailed policy and customer data without slowing it down, it helps reduce manual work and keeping information consistent across teams and the platform stays stable and supports growth without performance issues.

Dislike

The biggest challenge is the complexity of implementation and costs. It's quite heavy and requires specialised developers or a lot of AI-supported coding with your in-house team, making it slower than the more plug-and-play platforms.

Charge rates for the product are negotiated on a per customer basis, not clearly set out up front, this leads to feelings of not receiving value for money, which damages the relationship wit the vendor.
