Workable is one of the pioneering HRM software that includes a wide variety of tools and services. The software has a very intuitive interface and the training time is limited due to its great ux. The OCR of uploaded resumes is also a great asset and it saves time.

I liked how we could automatically unify profiles at workable and use keywords to tag candidates and easily search those of the same group. It was pretty insightful and my training process was just 3 -4 days and I felt quite confident to use the ATS.
