Sometimes the OCR engine doesn't work with Bulgarian. I had a situation in which a non-Bulgarian recruiting officer sent an email to a candidate named Curriculum Vitae. Meaning the exctraction of of information from resumes and populating it to application forms can be a bit challenging to other languages.
