Workato is hands down the most intuitive software to use in this domain. From citizen integrators to seasoned developers, Workato gives our users powerful enterprise tools while making the whole experience incredibly user friendly. The rate of adoption of Workato within our enterprise was incredibly fast. What started out with only 1 team using Workato quickly spread company wide where we now have users representing nearly every department in Workato. It is single handedly increased our company's velocity by a significant amount because of how quickly we are able to turnaround automations and integrations that would have otherwise taken years to complete.

Workato provides us with stellar support level even though we are on the lower priced plans. Our Customer Success Manager is responsive and continually works with us on answering our various questions, mostly on features of higher plans. Ever since we enrolled with Workato we have a recurrent monthly check-in meeting where we talk about our current projects using Workato, difficulties we encountered, highlights and things that make our life easier, as well as debate ideas we have for future deployments. It feels really good to have this close connection with Workato.

Workato has been an exceptional partner since we began using their platform in 2020. What sets them apart is their commitment to genuine partnership beyond just software delivery. Their team consistently connects us with their internal Business Technology leaders, giving us direct access to how they solve similar challenges within their own organization. This peer-to-peer knowledge sharing has been invaluable for navigating complex integration scenarios. For example, they provided open-source versions of their internal tools, including their Slack quote approval bot, which we adapted for our Salesforce CPQ implementation. Beyond the partnership model, Workato's technical platform is consistently evolving and innovating. They're clearly on the bleeding edge of agentic AI capabilities, which we've been actively exploring. The Workato platform continues to expand its functionality in meaningful ways that align with where the industry is heading, which enables me, as a Business Technology leader, to be well-positioned to solve future problems.

Our overall experience with Workato has been very positive. WE adopted it as part of our enterprise integration modernization strategy, replacing legacy iPaaS tooling and enabling event driven and API based integrations. The platform has proven reliable, scalable, and significantly faster for delivery compared to traditional middleware approaches. It has accelerated our ability to connect SaaS, cloud and internal systems while maintaining governance and control.
