What I like most about workday is its simple and organized interface. It makes it easy to manage tasks like attendance, personal details and other work related activities in one place. The platform is easy to navigate and helps complete actions quickly without confusion.

One thing I dislike about Workday is that some features take multiple steps to complete simple tasks. Additionally, the system can feel slightly slow or less intuitive when searching for specific options Additionally, the system may feel slightly slow at times, especially when switching between sections. Improving the overall navigation and reducing the number of steps for common tasks could make the experience more efficient and user friendly.

It is a higher cost, so if you do not have the budget, this may not be the best platform for your organization.
