    The Workday Human Capital Management system is very good for employee performance tracking and reporting but it has clunky interface and has too many tabs that increases difficulty to find what you need

    For me, the Workday Human Capital Management system is working superbly as I can update all my details by myself and also I can see many important things easily including time off requests and pay stubs etc. While using it, there is no need to use any other system as it is alone useful to manage the tasks such as time tracking, payroll, performance and benefits of the employees.

    Onboarding Experience Streamlined by Workday’s User-Friendly Interface and Tools

    Workday has been a great tool for new employee onboarding. I was onboarded using the same and the experience was seamless. All the steps are self-explanatory, and you can also go back and make changes to your profile if need be. You get personalised suggestions, goal tracking and also an org chart view of yourself. I completed my whole onboarding documentation using Workday, and it was a great experience.

Workday Human Capital Management Likes & Dislikes

Workday offers global operations particularly effective in support multi-regions, currencies, and global compliance under single centralized dashboard. Employee can login remotely by mobile access identity verification through Workday Attendance app for check-in, meetings logs, and check-out timings with daily employee performance report for Line Manager remarks.

Unfortunately I really don't like anything about it specifically.

For me, the most standout feature of Workday Human Capital Management is its format of reporting and insights. Human Resources department can easily generate reports regarding the employees performance, track their promotion and also can see organizational charts without any problems. Second, Workday Human Capital Management has strong security controls. It is very difficult to breach its security and temper or leakage of important information like audit trails and other company related information. Third, you don't need an office desktop to use Workday Human Capital Management. You can access the system on your mobile or laptop while at home.

Dislike

Newly on boarded employees requires training to maintaining dashboard, customizing and creating new automation for advanced financial asset management and daily based repetitive task enhancement on auto-mode under single click.

Dislike

The software is not user friendly, not intuitive, very cumbersome and difficult to navigate on the back end. Too many differences between the mobile app and the desktop site which make it even more confusing and difficult to navigate.

Dislike

While using the Workday Human Capital Management system, I find that its interface is very clunky and looks very old fashioned. And sometimes it is very hard to find what you need as there are too many tabs.
