Rippling has overall been a huge upgrade for me. I used to have very minimal control of timesheets for employees, and couldn't override much so I felt stuck sometimes. I've felt much more freedom with Rippling Time & Attendance. Half of our employees are hourly, so this has been a great resource. The policies, customization, and management are all up to snuff. Employees get a clear expectation of their time tracking and time off, so they know exactly what they'll be paid for the period. And I get a high level few to make sure everyone has their hours in and are abiding to policies.

Honestly, it was the first time I used a platform like this. It gave me much more clarity on payments and some of the benefits available to employees in the U.S. It also provided a structured way to request vacation or sick days. Overall, I found the dashboard very easy to read and it clearly displayed all the necessary information.

Clockify has been a solid and dependable time tracking solution for day-to-day use over the past six months. Core time entries and basic tracking work well ans are easy for user to adopt. However, limitations in approvals, reminders, and reporting workflows become increasingly noticeable when managing timesheets across multiple weeks or at month-end. While the reporting engine is powerful, inconsistencies in the user experience and approval logic reduce efficiency for managers and finance team. Overall. Clockify delivers good value, but operational workflows could be more refined.

Zoho People is easy to use and works well for managing attendance, leave and employee data. It offers good customization and integrates nicely with the Zoho apps. Overall, it's a reliable and cost-effective HR tool, though some features can be complex initially

My overall experience with SAP SuccessFactors HSCM has been highly favorable, primarily because it brings an incredible amount of structure and clarity to managing a large, diverse campus workforce. The main reason this system stands out as a success is how beautifully it ties time tracking, payroll and core personnel operations together under one roof. When you are managing hundreds of professors, adjunct faculty, administrative staff and student workers, having a single source of truth cuts down on communication breakdowns and eliminates a massive amount of manual paperwork across departments. Several core features have worked exceptionally well for our daily campus operations, particularly the scheduling and attendance tracking tools. Building rotating shifts or handling fixed schedules for our facility teams and department staff is very straightforward, giving everyone instant clarity on their upcoming fours. The attendance tracking feature is incredibly accurate, automatically calculating regular hours, breaks and overtime so that the payroll department receives reliable numbers every single week, which dramatically reduces manual entry errors. The leave management and absence management tools are a massive help in keeping our classrooms properly staffed. Faculty and staff can quickly request time off and check their balances, while managers get real-time visibility into who is out sick or on vacation, making it easy to track trends and keep staffing levels steady. The mobile access app has also been a huge win for our on-the-go employees, letting them clock in, check shifts and submit time off requests directly from their smartphones instead of being stuck at a desktop.

It's a great tool for daily attendance and leave management. Dashboard is a very good feature. Features like payslip and team logging detail card is outstanding. I like its mobile app too, it's pretty handy and easy to use.

Jibble has been a smooth and efficient solution for our team, it's easy to use, accurate and dependable, the system saves us time and keep everything organized, overall great experience.
