We really like the user interface for all levels of the organization. The integration capabilities were exactly what we were looking for. We love having HR, Finance and Payroll functionalities all in one system. The customer support has been outstanding.
1. As with any system, Workday language was different in the beginning (Deposits in our old system is called Cash Sales in Workday and Writing checks is called Settlement Run in Workday). 2. Reporting was difficult in the beginning, but users really like the ability to drill down into the financial accounts from the reports.
