Workfront allows for an incredibly deep ability to customize our system for all of our users. The level of insight helps give us information to make nuanced business decisions, and the ability to connect with other Adobe products makes workstreams flow smoothly. It also provides real time reporting on projects and tasks that allows us to know what's truly happening across our system at any given moment.

When I was first introduced to the use of this product at my company I was a little overwhelmed. I can get 20 emails saying I have a task due but then I go to check and there is nothing due on the dates it states. There was no notification of the change of dates. Now I just log in daily to check to see what needs to be done. I wish there was also a way to ask questions for clarification.

    Centralized Task Tracking Streamlines Team Projects After Early Adjustment Period

    Ongoing Communication Issues and Documentation Gaps equals frustration for system admins

    Adobe's communication is astonishingly poor. It amazes me how little information they provide, how reticent they are at sharing status updates of important matters that impact work on our side of the tool. We love the product, but abhor the business. With each product release we encounter issues that cause my team to be taken away from the work that supports our marketing organization.

    Workfront a complete set of tool which I need for work management

    It lets me manage my projects and tasks in one place so no need to use multiple apps and it enhances the collaboration between my team which is helpful and I can integrate multiple tools with it which makes my workflow more connected.

meaningful reporting using multiple custom data points that are relevant to our business ease of communication and visibility of projects/tasks across the organization customizable permissions that allow for strategic viewing/managing permissions for different user types and groups

- Everything is in one place - You can see who you are waiting on so you can start your task - you can see who is has what on their plate

I can see all my work in one place, easily find and not lose my work, it helps me stay on the top of deadlines without asking people again , and simply i just comment on tasks instead of message everywhere, I can set it up the way as my team work.

Sometimes the amount of customizations available are really overwhelming when it comes to user and project setup. Partnering with a third party for system setup is almost required (but worth it as long as you get the right partner).

- you only get notified when a task has been added - you don't get notified when a task is overdue - you have to log in everyday to see if something is due

For the new user it's a little bit confusing to understand all the takes and it feels a bit slow for the sometimes for running heavy projects and too many features sometimes i just need simple things, too much notification showing and it takes time to train new peoples .
