The program itself is fine, easy to navigate and use. I understand the background on why we use this recognition program, but "cash" is a far better motivator than points that equate to roughly $xx cents a point.

-it promotes a positive organizational culture by celebrating achievements and increases productivity -it helps to see and summarize interpersonal skills of colleagues for their end of the year review - it encourages peer to peer recognition which is a powerful motivator as it comes directly from colleagues, it builds better, stronger relationships improving dynamics and collaboration - platform offs a variety of offers which allows selection that suit best their preferences

While it is a great platform for recognition, it is worth noting the amount of points allocated per year for rewards may feel limited to some employees. Increasing the annual point allocation could enhance the perceprtion value and appreciation,. making the recognition more impactful

Expiration or de-activation of accrued points. We are taxed on these rewards meaning this equivalent to cash. Points should not be de-activated Items that can be purchased are overpriced compared to current market prices.

Dislike

I don't love that it says that you're nominating someone for an award, because it's not like there's an approval process.
