It's a cloud-based application, so it's easy to deploy and configure. It is easy to create all the auditing requirements as TASKS. Same task with multiple team dependencies can be easily assigned and handled. Easy review process. Audit documentation and reporting made simple.
Good for audit management, Customer Service
The ability to customize the tool. Additionally the reporting and data dashboarding features are great.
Add more in-built reporting based on the auditing process. The cost of the license can be less. UI features can be enhanced. limited offline use. limited customization.
Everything is custom and there are very minimal off the shelf options.
Rollout of changes. While their ideas are good of what they are trying to rollout, it seems like some of the key support features or even what will change along with that is not thought of. Additionally, it seems like sometimes it takes a while for us to even get an answer on what the tool can or cannot do. Another con is the resource format. While there are a lot of great resources out there, it's almost too much for our users. We have had to create a lot of customized resources for our userbase, some on things that I think are very basic that all Workiva users would need to know. Example- how to decommission a control. I created a guide for this based on conversations as there was very little training/ guidance on this.
