For higher tier usage plans, I feel that WPEngine should create more flexibility for building plans suited to your usage. One of the current issues we are running into is justifying the value of shared vs isolated resources for some clients. There is a big gap between these two plans, WPEngine should add the ability to build into isolated resource plans.

I don't like that the website is slow and you don't have much to do about it. It's basically because of the CMS itself, but it should have more streamlining and boosting features.
