Customizable work management with great customer support, but needs reliability improvements

    4.0
    Dec 10, 2025
Wrike offers active and responsive customer support (with Enterprise Pinnacle plan) and seem to genuinely value user feedback. The platform evolves constantly, which is great. However, the current heavy focus on AI features doesn't yet provide meaningful added value. There are core functionnalities and improvements that should be prioritized first. In terms of User experience : at scale, it's very easy for teams to feel lost when navigating thousands of tasks, you need to heavily rely on dashboards, simplified processes and constant training to maintain focus and make sure it's used right.

Wrike is a marketing & collaborative work management and an adaptive project management software. The software automates all our our operations and ensures real-time visibility across all our daily operations. It enhances resource planning, workflow automation and data management. Since we started using the software in our organisation we have achieved a lot. Wrike software made it possible for us to track our project milestones and ensure task prioritisation. It has also eased time and expense tracking as well as cost to completion tracking and management. This has made it possible for us to price our real estate projects without making losses or exaggerating prices. Wrike is also well suited for project planning frofrom budget management, resource management and progress tracking. It is easily customizable and allows smooth integration with other systems.

Feedback Highlights Gains In Intake Revisions Yet Workarounds Remain Necessary

    Dec 10, 2025
Having our biweekly "knowledge transfer" sessions have provided us with the ability to many more, specific, things within our instance to make it easier for both our requestors of work and the processors to be able to deliver materials on time. Throughout this process, we've been able to share immediate feedback on enhancements and/or features that work well, or don't.

Performance of Wrike Across Market Features

Wrike Likes & Dislikes

Like

The dashboards and reporting are essential to our everyday work and the ease of use makes it easy to onboard.

Like

wrike is relatively easy to use and set up. it helps manage all aspects of project management and has customizable dashboards that are very helpful.

Like

- Flexibility to build and adapt customs workflows and processes - Excellent Customer Support - Frequent updates and ongoing feature enhancements - Resource Management

Dislike

Not being able to hard code our own backend unique identifier has been the biggest issue. For now it works for just my team but I'm hoping to integrate more departments and the unique identifier with restriction on creating duplicates is very important to a successful workflow.

Dislike

the user interface is not appealing at all. It's very clunky, but I would say it's a step up from an Excel spreadsheet as far as looks go.

Dislike

- Its fragility: despite great support, we regularly encounter bugs or unannounced back-end changes that can affect our processes. We need to be on the lookout and almost dedicate an employee for our internal wrike support (back and front-end). - Access Role and permissions lack clarity and consistency, making it difficult to feel confident in settings, especially in complex environments with multiple roles and responsibilities. - Some inconsistent feature development (ex: filters available in one tool but missing in others)
