How quickly and easy the Integration with Optimove was. Platform navigation and campaign set up

I most like its scalability: Due to the successfull onboarding of our Marketing Teams onto the Platform and successful issue of initial campaigns, We now have an growing end user base on the Xtremepush Platform across the wider organisation. We now also use for internal Comms primarily due to the Platforms usability and effectiveness. The Products Journey Builder Module is being used to high effect for complex user Journeys and Multi Channel engagement. I also like the way we now have the ability to leverage Customer insights from the Platform to do personalised campaigns.

The ease of use and the ability to create complicated, multi-channel products with very little advanced technical skills.

Excellent overall experience particularly with the Xtremepush Professional services, Project delivery and support and in life platform support including the pro-active account management provided by the Xtremepush team. With respect to the Multi-Channel Engagement and Experience Platform itself our Organisations communications with our Customer base has been revolutionised and we can now do Media rich or Market reactive communications within impressive turnaround times and importantly within GDPR regulations. Our Customer has become more digitally orientated and so our Business has been able to transform to our Customers needs in a very quick timeframe due to the expansive functionality available on the Platform. It is our intention to continue to fully exploit the full suite of features available to us on the Platform

Working with XtremePush has been great. The tool is very user-friendly and the ability to combine a wide range of channels together into one campaign is second to none. The team at XtremePush were very helpful during the migration and it was completed (for iOS and Android apps, email, browser push and all required behavioural tracking) was done with ease. All use cases are addressed quickly and professionally and the team are great to work with in general. We have been able to go and build complicated, multi-channel, event-driven campaigns with ease using the platform and this is something that is extremely valuable.
