Yext Digital Presence Platform

I like their hands on approach to understand and solve any issues that may arise. It's very easy to feel a strong partnership when you get your hands dirty on the platform as much as possible. Moreover, I like the fact that response times in tech support have improved dramatically. There are few things I cna't do with Yext that I wish I could, but they keep evolving for the better, so they end up uncovering new stuff that I didn't realize I could possibly due at scale for all the locations I work with.

It works fine, it can be managed in multiple locations. Like that it combines ratings from many platforms

I like how user friendly it is.

I believe we've heard more than once that some direct competitors of Yext offer better prices. Those options have remained unexplored, mostly due to their exceptional customer service and the idea that we shouldn't fix what isn't broken. However, if the price sensitivity of the company increases, we might need to reevaluate our priorities. Other than that, sometimes I find instances in which the synchronization with some platforms is weak at best, but I do reckon that some of the publishers that sync with Yext have truly outdated platforms.

It needs to be upgraded - very basic. Customer service can take a while. Quite pricey for basic service.

Right now I don't like that a lot of facebook listings aren't being synced because the issue has to be escalated to FB and not Yext. Its mainly a FB issue but its still something I don't like.
