Zapier has become an irreplaceable asset to our organisation, freeing up at least 1-2 hours per day of admin work through integrations between our email account, Wordpress site, and ESP.

Zapier is great for basic tasks: "When X happens, do Z and Y", and that's it. But once you get into the territory of more complicated workflows that requires branches, iterations, often modifications of workflows and etc. it ends up being extremely annoying and you end up thinking about finding workarounds for what you want to do rather than build the workflow the way you want. Plus, the website is very heavy, so it takes time to load, which leads to poor user experience. Finally, Zapier is not reliable: there are times when the service is down, which is an issue for us.
