Zluri is very intuitive to understand, the UI can be picked up quite quickly and off-the-bat an administrator can create some useful automation processes. Zluri Automation meets expectations on the service you would like, finding an automation solution that streamlines time-consuming traditional IT processes - but the extent of the automation can feel limited if you attempt more advanced automation processes - however, this is expected when you use an automation process as the technician is bound to UI and its features. Furthermore, Zluri provides weekly support and are quick to tailor your needs by informing their team and adding new features that are requested.

Discovery of apps works well but many features seem to be half-implemented. Some integrations we were told were available were not tested and took months to get the data usable, and still much of the data we needed is not parsed and displayed concisely. The Zluri team was only willing to improve/customize to a certain point and we are left with data that has a theoretical purpose but cannot be utilized in the workflows correctly.

    Great product, and great team. Though not fully perfect yet, I believe they are on their way. They take feedback on improvements and consistently put them into their roadmap, making the product more functional and acceptable for use by auditors.

    The team has been the BIGGEST of help and the product is everything we didn't know we needed. The team has been a pleasure to work with this entire experience and has helped in more ways than we could imagine. I've never worked with individuals that truly cared and were willing to help make the onboarding process THIS smooth. Zluri has truly been saving us in times of desperation.

Like

The onboarding and offboarding features it provides and its integration with our HR application, BambooHR. This provides seamless autonomy between BambooHR and the Azure domain - we are happy to say that the experience allows us to be hands free when changes happen on HR side, we do not worry that the properties will also change on Azure.

I like the SaaS discovery, once the agents are installed it is very in-depth, but the agent rollout and management is cumbersome if you do not have Intune, we must manually update all machines and their owner. The access reviews have helped us save a lot of time and is a feature that we enjoy, we use this feature the most. The workflow feature has also been great for the use-cases that apply to us. We can automate part of our onboarding process to cut out repetitive work.

It's a combination of the product offering, the price point, and the flexibility of the customer success teams.

Sometimes the automation rules do not work - the expected action of an automation rule does not work as expected despite it being configured the right way.

There isn't much customization to fit our environment, we've had multiple requests for relatively simple customizations denied because the backend team didn't have the bandwidth to accommodate. These customizations would allow us to utilize more data that is already ingested from integrations Zluri offers. Many of the integrations use delegated permissions which has been an issue for us from a security standpoint. We have had to hold-off on certain integrations because the risk-reward with an integration like that was not worth it. The data refresh rate is very lengthy, currently at 24 hours but there are plans to shorten that to a few hours. That refresh rate can cause quite a delay for automations and has caused some confusion for our users when data doesn't match what they know is true, because what is in Zluri was outdated at that moment.

Dislike

The API for integrating new or unknown SaaS products is not mature and does not provide real time feedback. No one to view playbooks without unpublishing them. UX limitations prevent viewing or editing schedule information around User Access Reviews, and limited flexibility around scheduling future reviews.
