They have a specific service/feature for nearly anything you can imagine within the confines of the service offered. The automated features that are powered by OCR work very well. Price point is very competitive.
I like the easy tracking. I love if I have a question, I can chat and get answers almost immediately.
So many service offerings caused some confusion (when downloading apps, navigating website etc.)
I don't like how inactive items can't be hidden. We aren't a warehouse but need to track inventory in multiple places. So it's kind of annoying to still have to go through all the steps like packing lists etc.

Great program! Learn it first!
So far it has been pretty good. Excellent customer service! I am still learning a lot. One thing that I find annoying is one mess up and you have to completely delete and backtrack to make a change then redo everything.
