Overall, our experience with Claude has been positive. It performs exceptionally well for document analysis, summarization, content generation, and business writing. The model provides clear, structured and context aware responses, making it valuable for documentation, process discovery and knowledge management. The large context window is particularly useful when working with lengthy documents and complex workflows.

My experience with Copilot so far shows that I use the tool in a very focused and practical way. Creating structured concepts and technical specifications works best for me with Copilot. I see room for improvement primarily with more complex and open-ended queries. Whenever I don't clearly describe the goal, format, or desired level of detail, the responses are sometimes more generic than I'd like. It seems that even after extended use, Copilot hasn't yet learned the values I've assigned to the output.
