Overall my experience has been very positive and it helped in improving productivity especially for tasks like data analysis, RCA, new experiments, documentation and framework for problem statements. For my team, task execution is now much faster and more efficient by using Claude. Claude's responses are more contextual and useful for business use cases which makes it a valuable tool for day to day work.

“Limited Multi-Document Handling and Lack of Customer Service Highlighted as Major Issues”
2 things are hugely disappointing about Claude: (1) it fails at working with multiple documents - often capped out at 7 or 8 small documents, and (2) the people who run the company. I made multiple requests for customer service support. Each time I made the request, I would get a message from Anthropic letting me know that someone would contact me to help. It's now been 9 days since my last request and I have never been contacted by anyone at Anthropic whatsoever. Very happy that we did not sign up for the plan. This company is taking money and not listening to its customers. In my experience, companies who think they are more important than their customers rarely last.

Claude Offers Strong Coding Support and Understands Prompts With Impressive Accuracy
I have been using Claude for over 5 months mainly for coding and analysis work. It's really been a great experience overall. The thing that stood out the most is how well it understands what I am trying to ask. Even when my prompts aren't perfectly worded, it understands my intent, which I have not seen with other models out there. For coding, it's been really useful. The explanations are clear, the code snippets work perfectly, and it provides the reasons behind providing the snippet. Overall, it's really been a great experience.
