There are lot of points which i like about this tool- 1) There is functionality within the tool to create a skill for your organization so that every response you generate will be provided from your business context using the skills you created as a reference point and the second thing which I like is basically you can create this skill public for organization wide so that every one who is using this tool, Claude will refer to that skill and generate response more contextual from your business point of view. 2) Second best thing I liked is basically connectors which is you can connect any tool to your Claude like your database tool, you can connect to Claude and it will read your data and give you more precise insights and information. And it's not just your database, you can connect your Google Drive as well where you can generate insights on small data samples as well. 3) Third best thing I have seen within Claude is basically when you are creating a skill within Claude you can also integrate a feedback loop so whenever your team members are using this skill and if at any point they see that the response is not very satisfactory they can share the feedback to that skill through and it will share that feedback to me and then I can better train that skill based on the feedback. 4) This tool not only helps in writing SQL queries, but it also does the analysis as well and makes a html dashboard where anyone can access the dashboard without involving Tech team bandwidth as well.
It has high quality AI, so long as you don't ask it to interact with multiple documents. If you do, the AI is basically useless.
Claude offers very advanced capabilities compared to other AI coding agents we evaluated. The reasoning quality is excellent and the agent stays focused on complex, multi-step tasks over long sessions. The release cadence is fast, with frequent and meaningful updates. Claude Dispatch is a standout feature, allowing me to kick off tasks from my phone and review the results later. The security posture is strong and helps prevent breaches, the plugin ecosystem makes the platform highly extensible, and the agent proactively surfaces useful recommendations rather than waiting to be prompted.
Not proper I would dislike but yes there is the possibility of improving better what I have observed during my usecase of this tool like first thing this tool will consume credits whatever responses were generating it will use the credit and if you are fetching data it will consume more credits as compared to analysis or insights were generating. Second thing is I've seen that the responses were not as specific as mentioned in the skills multiple times I have to say please go through the skills before generating the responses then it will give me more precise responses. And not just in responses, even if I will give instructions to write the query as well it will make mistakes sometimes here as well which further leads to manual cross-checking.
There is no customer service whatsoever. Terrible sales people who don't care what you're looking for.
token limits feel too strict for heavy day-to-day use. Opus 4.7 in particular consumes tokens very quickly, which becomes limiting on longer agentic tasks. I also find some of the native integrations less practical than competing platforms. For example, the Microsoft integrations can read data but do not currently allow me to write drafted emails back into Outlook, which breaks an otherwise useful end-to-end productivity scenario.
