Customer Support is exceptional, accompanying the customer through the whole process with educated and skilled employees. The broad range of services offers an all-in-one solution so you don't need to look elsewhere for missing capabilities. Multiple integration options enable seamless collaboration with other third party tools.
We implemented it for risk management and I expect that the risks are minimized after implementing ZScaler.
Having ZIA/ZPA/ZDX all running off a single lightweight agent simplifies out endpoint management. Very scalable, the cloud architecture handles huge traffic spikes without adding latency
Deployment is complicated with many variables that can easily change the behavior or performance of the solution. The costs are very high and unsustainable for smaller business customers. Agent troubleshooting is not easy without Customer Support services.
Unexpected interruptions Slow responsiveness of the system
moving between the different admin portals can feel fragmented. Single pane of glass would be better but I understand why it is as it is. Better reporting built in would be good
