The high upfront cost was one of the main disadvantages that we faced, also there are some limitations with the TLS inspection for few of the applications that we use at the company. Also, I would love to see more coverage of Zscaler around the world, as there are some countries which require having a local DC in order for the governmental websites to work.

Remote solution cannot be replaced as Zscaler Private Access only allows inbound connections to the app connectors, if the server wants to initiate a connection back to the client (VOIP, FTP active, etc.), it is not possible. 2. Support needs to improve. I have been on some calls where they don't know how to troubleshoot problems. 3. Different advice between Proserv and TAM. There is some contradiction between them.
