Of course communication can be an issue, when we are talking on such large scale projects and a lot of different people with different cultural background are working in limited time frame.

Easy to used and understood
We are negotiating third party vendors partial integration in OSS system, but negotiations are going a little slow. I believe that main problem is negotiation, not technical difficulty.

Our company has been using this Zsmart for years now and the experience has been good. Although, the product has limited off the shelf features but it can be fully customizable to your requirements.
