I appreciate the intuitive, easy-to-use nature of the product for both our day-to-day end users and our administrative team that supports the back end of the tool. Often, we are able to manage challenges that arise without having to involve additional support from within the Zycus organization due to the flexibility that is available to us in out of the box dashboards. Overall, the tool has improved efficiency across the entire P2P cycle within our organization.

The eprocurement suite works well due to the punchout catalogs. This helps drive spend to those specific suppliers we have setup.

The entire suite is a robust mix of modules that complement each other. The fact that along with key modules it also has iRisk, iSave and iAnalyze completes the requirements. iSource stood out for us as it can handle RFx events with customized templates, bid analysis and auction features. The fact that you can create a contract directly from a awarded sourcing event is great for tracking. iContract has been surprisingly well designed. It has capabilities of no touch contracts, easy negotiation or withdrawal design, which doesn't cause workflow failure allowing flexibility. It also has the functionality to host a clause library, maintain version control and also adhoc approvals to ensure compliance. iSupplier was able to handle both of our ERP integration systems seamlessly. The tools role-based access controls at different levels is definitely one of its strengths.

The Zycus team is very driven to stay focused on the ever-adapting landscape that technology is pressing into the supply chain culture. Though I realize the benefits that staying current can bring to us as their customer, it occasionally diminishes their priority to improve the current platform that is impacting us in the here and now.

The Modules are all separate and do not talk well to each other. The data which was implemented into the system is old and it is hard to cleanse and keep updated.

The iSupplier module could benefit from more flexibility in configuring address and contact fields, as some mandatory fields make the interface feel a bit crowded. In the iSupplier module, it was initially assumed that the tool provided out of the box third part integrations for tax and banking validations in the US. However, this was not the case, and additional efforts were required to connect with providers like GIACT, including custom development to enable these integrations. The current dashboards have widgets that do not interact or update dynamically based on the filters applied to other widgets. As a result, individual reports often need to be created separately to perform detailed analysis.
