Our companyhas been live with the end-to-end requisition-to-receipt process within Zycus for the last few years and have now been able to roll-out the process globally. The Zycus project team help to hit key deadlines with the intial rollout. There is now a great operating model our internal and Zycus team have in place to ensure that both technical and process issues get resolved effectively in accordance to priority. These discussions are often held during the weekly calls for upstream and downstream modules to ensure that services and expectations and in alignment with our company goals and KPIs. Post Go Live feedback from the users has been overall positive. Users indicate that the system has a user friendly and intuitive UI interface which allows for process ease, and regular maneuvering through the tool to execute their work activities. The AVOC (customer voice program) is also a great initiative Zycus pursues. In addition to their own system rollouts, they obtain the feedback of their customers to implement the features that we identify would be of value in the tool/modules. On top of these large feature enhancements, they are very open to performing small product adoptions based on the scope level required. If there are concerns, the TAM leadership is very supportive and reactive in hearing concerns AND taking action on them.
