It has a complete view across our entire end user fleet - physical and virtual endpoints, VDI etc. Ability to roll multiple support tools into a single pane of glass, providing insights not only on performance, but can drill down into patch levels and customize endpoint monitoring to ingest anything that can be captured by windows system logs.
Ease of setup and ability to see almost every aspect of the device including their current bandwidth. We are a remote only organization, and the devices are used on home networks which vary greatly in quality.
ControlUp has invested in its product to evolve into a more robust endpoint management. Seem to value their customers and the voice of their customer base
There are not enough out of the box monitors - there is full capability with the tool itself, but more script development effort is required to enhance the product base capabilities.
Single SignOn to the admin panel completely supports SAML2 and we were able to wrap conditional access policies around the logon for greater security.
Not a market leader in every category, but as the product evolves, it continues to strengthen their position in the Digital Employee Experience market
