My favorite aspect of CoreMedia is the ability to create complex content structures as we see fit, and retrieve all data through GraphQL APIs.

I particularly value the platform's flexibility in adapting to our integration requirements with external systems, as well as the level of detail and depth of data available in its reporting capabilities. These insights enable us to make timely, data-driven decisions based on reliable and actionable information.
Without proper training (which is available, of course), it's hard for a team to learn how to use the platform. I'd say it's not too intuitive at first glance. Connected to the point above, the UI feels a bit behind other competitors. CoreMedia works really well if you use it as they planned it to work, which makes sense, but if you use it in a headless scenario with more complex editorial needs, you kinda have to bend it to your needs and find a way around to use it. Totally possible, just a little more tedious.
Complicated Setups, high cost, server connectivity problems
From a UX perspective, I believe the platform would benefit from a simpler and more streamlined organization. At times, navigation is not as intuitive as expected, wich can make certain tasks more complex than necessary. Improving overall usability and simplifying navigation flows would enhance the user experience.
