    It's good for creating personalised marketing campaigns for the organisation. Creation of Global business units and regional business units has helped in better segregation of data. Salesforce CRM has integrated seamlessly with other platforms like ON24. It takes time to fine-tune it to the organisation's needs. Also, the API integrations has worked well so far. SMC is a mammoth tool. Lot of further improvements can be done.

The user experience is second to none. In a term where many end users are entry level with basic skill sets, the tool allows you to send personalised comms at scale.

1. It has helped out organization with detailed reporting and analytics 2. Tracking the customer journey 3. The campaign management through our organization emails, social media and advertizing has been a huge plus 4. the personalization features are an added advantage as this helps to also engange a strong audience

Helps you elevate your marketing automation capabilities with so many possibilities, tweaks, personalization options, automations, etc

Dislike

If you are a fast paced business and require quick support you can often feel like you are not a priority. This can create tension between account management and the client. The support team are global and work on all Salesforce products so you often have to be very specific around your business, use case, unique system set up and the software you are using to get the right answer to your query.

1. The Licensing and Implementation costs are high 2. Very complicated to set up as well as configure. One may need a small training before fully adapting to it 3. it requires an individual with atleast a strong or specialized tech expertise .to be able to manage it well.

It's not super user friendly, there's quite a ramp up needed for users to understand how to use it. It's difficult to exploit its full potential
