The mobile app as I find it easy, intuitive and complete
It,s connected to your creditcard and to our financial processes.
The interface is easy to learn and navigate, it is easy to update and work on updating expenses even when traveling, the receipts are easy to attach and crop.
In the mobile app there are a lot of categories that are not used by all users so would be great to allow to select our favorites. Sometimes the app is not allowing certain PDF files to be uploaded. When I changed contract inside my company, there was a second account created and it became confusing.

I once struggled to correctly submit an HCP encounter over drinks on the app becaue a check box was not available but when I got on the desktop version, I was able to correctly submit it. There is not a way to account for No Shows at a dinner event if the contract sends us over our allowance per attendee. It wouldbe nice if the transactions would load sooner and not have such a delay.

Recurring expenses needs to be filled in every time. You can not list frequent, recurring expenses as "favorites". Search in projectcode is very limited, so therefore time consuming.
