Splashtop also supports integration with asset management solutions, which makes it very easy to find the device you want to remote into. Splashtop's overall ease of use is great for users that may not have a lot of technical expertise.

Cloud service that uses so many different servers on the internet over several suppliers made chasing IP addresses for firewall configuration a nightmare. Not able to define our own password complexity. Poor escalation process internally.
