Project Planning is not done in a professional manner, the business domain knowledge seems not competent enough, hence the project plan has not being laid up in a proper manner to minimize the disturbance to the ongoing business activities. The go live dates kept on extending, for minor retrofits, and has impacted the ongoing business needs unfavorably as business users had to wait till the activities to complete even without having impact on the focus areas as the allocated Freez period was too long for a retrofit of this nature. And at the same time the initially communicated time lines were not respected and freez period kept on extending, which exhibited the poor project planning without considering the dependencies and business requirement.
