The platform has a well designed interface that is very easy to navigate. It helps us build campaigns quickly and with ease which promotes productivity. It connects smoothly with multiple tools which helps create great workflows and automation so it boosts productivity as it reduces time wastage in manual data entry. I also appreciate the customer support team as they are very responsive and ready to offer any help.

I was able to use an image as the background for an email, but other than that nothing really.

Journey builder is so powerful and allows for detailed automation flows. Segmentation capabilities are flexible and support complex logic

Dislike

I have no complaints on Acoustic Connect. It has been a great tool.

We would constantly have errors (ex. sending the wrong message to the wrong segment) and support would be less than helpful and say that it had to be something we were doing on our end.

The platform can be slow or unresponsive at times, especially when handling large datasets. The learning curve can be steep for new users, particularly in creating automated journeys
