It has nice integration features. Security layers are useful for limiting user access. Import scenarios and generic inquiries (most of the time) as helpful features that reduce my workload, as a developer. I know my answer is rather broad. That is because most of the useful features are not in my realm. The development experience has been less than ideal.

I love that it has learning resources for the software itself.

Some features take time to learn and get used to. While the system is powerful, new users may need some training to fully utilize it.

As previously mentioned, lack of documentation. Lack of cohesion, as well. Searching through source code to make your own customizations is like searching for a needle in a needle stack, blindfolded. The development process is not intuitive. With little to no documentation, mixed with the non-intuitive process, customization is not an easy feat. Simple tasks are not simple in Acumatica.

Set up right out of the box, Acumatica is quite wonderful, but when companies do not use all the necessary fields, mostly because they are unaware of it, it creates a challenge for end users.
