Read Full ReviewIt has nice integration features. Security layers are useful for limiting user access. Import scenarios and generic inquiries (most of the time) as helpful features that reduce my workload, as a developer. I know my answer is rather broad. That is because most of the useful features are not in my realm. The development experience has been less than ideal.

1. Security has some gotcha's that can be tricky to resolve. Roles can have conflicts between other roles if you are not careful. 2. Numbering sequences are like pouring concrete. You need to get them right the first time as they are hard, if not impossible, to modify. 3. Some integrations like EasyPost are very powerful but it can be a tug of war between EasyPost and Acumatica on who owns what part of the integration.
Read Full ReviewAs previously mentioned, lack of documentation. Lack of cohesion, as well. Searching through source code to make your own customizations is like searching for a needle in a needle stack, blindfolded. The development process is not intuitive. With little to no documentation, mixed with the non-intuitive process, customization is not an easy feat. Simple tasks are not simple in Acumatica.
