What I appreciate most about this product is how straightforward and efficient the cloud management is.

The possibility that it gives to the end users and the compatibility with multiple tools

1. Excellent content management with flexible templates and components. 2. Scalability for multi-site and multi-lingual support. We don't heavily use it now but a major selling point. 3. Integration with the other experience cloud products/marketing tools and the Adobe creative suite applications.

I think the limited integration with external products. Although the solutions offered by Adobe are among the best in the market, in migrations and integrations with already existing systems can be more complex due to the fact that only proprietary solutions are available.

How much complex it is to customize the product and the fact that the technical documentation is not clear and it takes a lot to understand how I can implement a specific feature or if there is a better way, possibly OOB, to implement it.

1. Steep learning curve for new users who are not tech-savvy or not familiar with other Adobe products. And unless you put a lot of time into testing the user permission levels, because it is so feature-rich there are lots of opportunities for inadvertent access when not desired. 2. Cost of licensing is reasonable for us as a large organisation, but would be very expensive for a small company. However, we have needed constant development support which is expensive, and have been caught out being charged for 'content requests' as the metric. Adobe gives frustratingly little detail as to what the content requests are, so if you go over, it's very difficult to pin point why.
