When we having issues the customer support response times are really good and find it useful we have response timeframes for the upcoming peak period. As touched on in more detail below, AB testing, insights and slots make us more effective when making decisions in terms of visual merchandising and helps us understand our customers better. However, there are a couple of things which I think could be improved on. For example, having more data & insights on sites where they don't have a lot of volume, sometimes something is better than nothing. We've had a really positive experience working with Contentful as a vendor. While I'm not the contact person in our team, meaning I don't interact much with our customer success manager or the support team, I've heard from my colleagues that they're responsive and genuinely helpful when we need guidance or have questions about our setup. I did check out their training options initially, but it was actually faster and more effective for me to just dive into my team's setup and learn hands-on rather than going through the course materials.
