DX is a robust platform that provides solid framework for content management as well as application integration and delivery. The platform has a track record of supporting large implementations for multinational organizations that must provide user experiences and applications tailored to each market/country.

The support is good and attentive, the product is mostly stable and the technologies used are well known.

Steady, stable and feature rich. A very mature product with way more services than we need.

DX may be difficult to implement by shops that are mostly Microsoft centric.

The product is very outdated: search capabilities are at least 15 years behind, layout and design feel very old, customization options are very limited and content curation and suggestions are non-existent. But the really weak link is search.

Limited deep technical support. When deploying to OpenShift, it is still somewhat monolithic in nature. Struggle with being a very mature product from the late 1990s.

We have been using DX since early 2000s and been very happy with the product. The recent shift to Kubernetes has served us very well. It was a bit of a hassle to manage in a Farm-setup compared to Kubernetes.
