Very user-friendly with a lot of options to explore new development/builds.
What I like most about the Sitecore platform is its ability to deliver personalized digital experiences by using customer data to tailor content effectively. I also appreciate how it offers a strong, flexible content management system that makes it easy to create and publish content across multiple channels form one place.
The CMS capabilities make it easy for our teams to create, manage, and personalize content at scale.
Breaks and incidents we have experienced with Sitecore over the past 12 months.
The product is great. The service that Sitecore provides however could be better. Their customer success managers and the level of support that they provide is often lackluster.
After all these years, one still cannot search within the User Security. Thus, we have to scroll through hundreds of users to find the one in question and then update.

Unleashing Business Growth with Sitecore's XM Cloud
Overall working with Sitecore, particularly on the XM cloud implementation and since, has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The platform has been a key enabler in business growth, the support team are superb and their is a clear innovation in the ongoing product roadmap. No solution is ever without issue and we have had three challenges since our implementation went live namely around Sitecore forms, the new vs old setup, user roles in pages and page approval workflows. In each case the team were quick to act, assigning a product lead to support with solutioning and we have addressed each area with a good or perfect solution. A particular area of strength for Sitecore is their ongoing support which significantly surpasses that offered by similar Saas/Pass providers. The quality of these interactions, both for trouble shooting, but also ongoing product and roadmap development, is invaluable in a long term partnership.
