The integration options make it seamless to incorporate curated content into multiple channels and the one on one training from their team is very helpful.

I have been quite disappointed with Kentico 13, especially when compared to Kentico 12 Portal. It feels like a step backward than an upgrade. One major issue is the need to recompile the application for any code changes, which leads to downtime and is a serious inconvenience for our team. Additional, creating custom page types with different layouts requires backend development, which adds unnecessary complexity. Even something simple as adding a global css file across all pages recompiling the application, further complicating the workflows. From my perspective, there don't seem to be any noticeable improvements from Kentico 12 Portal to Kentico 13 MVC. To make matters worse, Kentico no longer supports the older version, which forced us into upgrading. If continued support for Kentico 12 were available, we wouldn't have made the switch at all. Overall, I'm quite frustrated with the experience, and I would have preferred staying on Kentico 12 Portal if that had been an option.
