    We are using AJO to improve how we manage customer comms across digital channels such as email, push notifications and in-app messaging. It has helped us in consolidating our campaign orchestration into a single platform that supports event-driven journeys and and multichannel comms. Because of its integration with Adobe Experience Platform, we are able to leverage unified customer profiles and behavioural data when triggering journeys or personalising comms. For a large organisation with multiple customer segments and regulatory requirements, the journeys and segmentation logic becomes very complex, but AJO is able to handle it with ease.

Changes which are being made to the products, without proper announcements which breaks journeys, segments, etc. Adobe iterates on their products which is a good thing, but 8 out of 10 times a release means extra work to fix issues which are caused by the release.
